This 3-session retreat includes 2 yoga classes and 1 wellness workshop where we'll discuss how to eat for more energy (even at holiday parties), how to calm your nervous system with breathwork, and a journal exercise that will help you get clear and organized on the things that matter most.
All sessions include 30 day replay access, so you can attend live or watch (and re-watch) later.
