A Little About Me...Hi, I'm Jenna! I'm a holistic wellness coach (E-RYT, CNC, HHP). With over 15 years in the wellness world, I incorporate techniques from my expertise in nutrition, yoga, and herbalism.
I've always had an interest in natural alternatives to pills and medical doctors. Yoga introduced me to the concept of holistic health- integrating the mind, body and spirit. But it was my struggle with chronic pain, food sensitivities, and adrenal fatigue that ultimately empowered me to take control of my health and well-being. I believe wholeheartedly in the resilience of the human spirit and the healing power of nature. We need stress-relieving practices now, more than ever. That's why I teach skills that help my clients replenish their reserves and find bouyancy. When I'm not coaching clients or teaching yoga, you'll find me out hiking- rain or shine! |
